WAC Web Site Privacy Policy:

The Department of Commerce does not collect personally identifiable information (e.g., name, address, phone number, e-mail address) from web site visitors without the users consent. Even then, any such information given is used only to respond to inquiries, comments and requests, and for aggregated statistics.  This site does not collect information through the use of cookies.
