EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT
SUBJECT
Revocation of Department Administrative Order (DAO) 202-735A, “Employee Responsibilities and Conduct,” dated November 5, 1969.
The majority of DAO 202-735A as written is covered in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and that Section 2 of the DAO is not compliant with the Ethics in Government Act. Section 2 also refers to DAO 202-735, which no longer exists. Further, Section 3 of the DAO has been superseded by Title 37, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 501. The remaining sections of DAO 202-735A are covered by Title 15 of the CFR.
Therefore, DAO 202-735A should be revoked.
