The Fiscal Year (FY) 2004 Annual Performance Plan describes the
Department of Commerce’s mission, vision, and strategic goals, the bureau performance
goals employ to achieve those strategic goals and an analysis of the resources required
to meet those goals.
The Department assesses its progress through the use of specific performance measures
for each bureau performance goal.
