Security Office Duty Agent Program

The Office of Security maintains a Duty Agent that can be contacted for any Security Incident or emergency that affects the Census Bureau! The on call duty agent can be contacted 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. If you need to speak to a representative of the Office of Security during official duty hours, 7:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., please call (812) 218-3595. If you are calling during non-duty hours, please call the Security Operations Center (SOC) at (812) 218-3238. The SOC Operator will contact the Duty Agent and, then the Duty Agent will return your call, if necessary.
