The Office of Management and Organization (OMO) consists of a team of management and program analysts who perform numerous functions vital to the effective functioning of the Department.
As part of the CFO/ASA team, OMO leads and participates in Departmental task forces to ensure effective program coordination and cooperation on cross-cutting goals. OMO staff provides advice and consultation on organizational structure, management improvements and related analytical activities. OMO's programmatic areas include:
