HCHB's Green Store

HCHB's Green Store: Open for Business!

What is a Green Store?

The Green Store is a place where you can pick up free supplies that your office needs, or where you can drop off excess, but still good, office supplies. The Green Store is internal recycling at work, is free, and will help stretch your supply budget. The store is staffed by student interns.

Items usually in stock include: binders; various-sized envelopes; legal paper; computer keyboard; file folders; computer monitor stands; transparency film; binder clips; rubber bands; tape dispensers; legal hanging folders; and labels.

If you have questions about the Green Store or if you have supplies you want to drop off, contact the Green Store at 2-3580 or gogreen@doc.gov

Location: HCHB Room 2508

Hours: 9:00am -12:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday, unless otherwise posted on Green Store door.

As part of the Green Store anniversary celebration, the team made a Green Store informational video, starring several of our colleagues from around the Department. Check it out! 4

To keep this concept going, we need your help. We need as many excess office supplies coming in as going out. So, help us by scheduling a field day (office clean out) for your office. Get your everyone involved. We'll take most any office supplies that are still usable.
