Database Administration: Office of Computer Services provides Database administration support and problem resolution for ORACLE, M204, SAS, and FOCUS databases on IBM, Windows, and other servers and supports the database requirements of federal customers.

Security Administration: Our employees monitor and secure the computer enterprise routinely. This is a very high priority at the Office of Computer Services, providing for all types of security within the Infrastructure, including firewall and network security, data security, physical security, and disaster recovery.   In case of a disaster, Office of Computer Services is ready to ensure recovery for the entire computer enterprise in a timely manner.

Network Administration: Office of Computer Services staff analyze requirements for customers and implement solutions to meet customer requirements for connectivity to web-enabled, client/server or enterprise systems, including network configuration management.

System Support: Office of Computer Services provides systems and infrastructure support for planning and development of administrative management systems.  This benefits the customer by providing expertise in information systems capacity planning, supporting many administrative management system.
