Welcome to the OAO Travel Management Division.

The Travel Management Division’s mission is to provide our customers with the highest quality of service by establishing simplified travel policies and process improvements through the implementation of innovative Department-wide travel initiatives.

We are responsible for administering the DoC's travel management program, which includes:

• Developing and disseminating Department-wide travel policy;
• Providing advice and guidance to Departmental employees on travel policy and regulations;
• Providing advice on the proper preparation of forms used for official travel; and
• Arranging for the shipment of household goods for employees relocating into the Washington, D.C. area and other freight shipments.
