About ADTRAV

ADTRAV Travel Management/Adventure Travel, founded in 1977 in Birmingham, AL, is a travel management company serving corporate, government, and vacation travelers. While Adventure Travel provides vacation travel to consumers, ADTRAV is a leader in providing travel management solutions to corporations and to state and government funded agencies nationwide, offering customers “Service Nonstop”. Profiles


Your traveler profile gives ADTRAV valuable information they need to book a trip, provide tickets, and meet your travel needs.  It includes information such as your ticket delivery address, phone number, e-mail address, charge card number, preferred airport, flyer numbers, preferred seat request, preferred hotel arrangements, and any special needs you may have.  You must enter the required information in your traveler profile before you can call ADTRAV to arrange travel.

ADTRAV in Action

In 2005, we initiated the ambitious program ADTRAV in Action to support non-profit organizations as they respond to communities in immediate distress and offer assistance to help them expand their long-term capacity. Our goal was to encourage and sustain corporate philanthropy through financial support and volunteerism.

 


Service


ADTRAV will provide a toll-free before and after hours number for travelers needing emergency assistance after normal business hours.  If your call is not an emergency (for travel within 24 hours), you will be instructed to call during normal business hours.
