Welcome to the
Sunflower
Helpdesk
Customer
Support
Center.
The Department of Commerce, Office of Administrative
Services is pleased to offer helpdesk services in support
the Sunflower Personal Property Management System provided
by Sunflower Systems.
|

Background: In October 2007, the Department introduced the
Sunflower Helpdesk in an effort to provide customer service
and technical support solutions to all bureaus on the
Department’s Sunflower Personal Property Management System.
The Department’s goal is to have one centralized property
management system, with one central source of helpdesk
support.

The Sunflower Helpdesk provides the following
services to all bureaus within the Department:

Oversight of the
property management system, including helpdesk
assistance and reporting

Assistance with
regulatory reviews and updates to procedures resulting
from regulations/audits

Provide
solutions for system use that follow appropriate
property management procedures

Support physical
inventory planning and schedules for annual physical
inventories
- General
technical support for tasks like script based data
cleanup and data enhancement
- Provide support
for all aspects of Sunflower functionality
- Process a variety of Sunflower-related form requests

All requests will be logged into the Sunflower HEAT
call logging system for tracking purposes, in which the
customer will be assigned a ticket number via email. This
ticketing system will ensure the customer is notified of the
opening and closing of his/her request.
