Welcome to the Department of Commerce Personal Property Management System (PPMS) Merger Website.

The Personal Property Management Division mission is to provide our customers with the highest quality of service by consolidating Office of the Secretary's (OS) and National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Personal Property Systems. This is to establish the DOC PPMS with the Presidential Management Agenda and E-Gov initiatives.

We are responsible for administering the DOC's personal property merger project, which includes:

• Conducting a Gap Analysis to compare the differences between the two system.
• Merging both OS/NOAA PPMS into a single Department of Commerce PPMS.
