SurveySection 310(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992, Public Law 102-486, as amended by the Energy Conservation Reauthorization Act of 1998, Public Law 105-388 (42 U.S. Code 13218) requires all Federal agencies to compile and report acquisition information on their Alternative Fuel Vehicles (AFVs) annually. The Department of Commerce’s AFV Aquisition Reports are shown below by fiscal year.
