Federal Real Property Management (FRPM)

The Department of Commerce maintains a department-wide database of real property holdings using Federal Real Property Management (Federal RPM) software.  The Office of Real Property Programs maintains DOC implementation and data management policy and oversight.   Federal RPM is used for reporting annual GSA inventory (FRPP) requirement; GSA-assigned property, through uploading of the monthly bill; and updating real property data by data managers for bureaus such as NOAA Headquarters (including Western and Eastern Regional Centers), NIST and Census.
