The goal of the Safety and Occupational Health Program at the Herbert C. Hoover Building (HCHB) is to protect the safety and health of everyone who works at the HCHB. The program includes (1) building-wide inspections to assess safety and health risks, (2) tests for possible hazards, (3) corrective actions wherever needed, and (4) periodic safety training for HCHB personnel.
