Mission

Acquire and deliver high quality, and timely services, assets, and systems that support the Department of Commerce in executing missions effectively and efficiently.

Provide comprehensive and timely policy, guidance and oversight for acquisitions and grants that enable program offices to execute their missions.

Goals

Customer Service	Improve overall customer satisfaction and increase our responsiveness, communication and cooperation with customers.
Resource Management	Effective stewardship of available resources.
Business Processes	Provide leadership, promote effective quality control and implement innovative and successful acquisition and grant processes and practices.
Learning and Growth	Increase availability and access to information for strategic management, acquisition and grant decision making to prepare the workforce as partners for program success.
Policy	Ensure acquisition and grant policy is developed and communicated effectively, timely and clearly.
Oversight	Provide effective and timely oversight of Department programs, acquisition and grant activities.
